Ruang Raisa is an online clothing store and were looking to do a photoshoot to showcase their kebaya pieces for Raya in 2025. We came in to manage and carry out the photoshoot, and personally was tasked with styling the talents and art directing the look and feeling the visuals would convey.

The concept was along the lines of sensual, feminine, modern, natural, cheerful.

Loved directing this, thinking on the spot and giving the girls literal directions like, 'She's just told you a latest gossip going around about someone you knew from school. Don't worry, it's not something bad. But it's totally unexpected!' 'She just shared a joke you didn't really think was funny, but you don't wanna hurt her feelings... so you laugh along anyway 🫢' The things we do when we have a clear vision of an expression and feeling we wanna get in shot. But did find the clearer I was in myself about what I wanted, the more the girls and crew helped along, and it was really enjoyable albeit slightly stressful for us with time constraints on the day.
