breathing work 🌬️

A pause here for a little breath work. Try these simple stretches and breathing steps (can be done anywhere).

Duration: 1.5 minutes

Breathe in for 4 counts, and breathe out for another 4 counts.

Really feel each breath fill your body.

Do this for another 3 rounds.

Now a deep, full body stretch, extending the body fully with your arms up.

Deep breath in, and a deep breath out.

Stretch to the left side, facing to the left, your left arm towards the back.

Deep breath in, and a deep breath out.

Then stretch to the right side, facing to the right. Your right arm towards the back.

A deep breath in, and a deep breath out.

Now a deep, full body stretch, with both arms up high.

A deep, full breath in.

And finally a deep, full breath out.
